Co-Branding Lockup

This guide provides instructions for using the KRAFTON logo in conjunction with partner logos in various business contexts. Horizontal Lockup is generally recommended, but vertical Lockup can be used depending on the media environment or available space.

Vertical Lockup

Lockup Structure

The arrangement should visually balance the partner logo with the KRAFTON logo, which is typically placed in a priority position, although the order can be adjusted depending on the situation. In cases where three or more logos are displayed together, they should be spaced according to the guidelines specified. If there are many logos and arranging them becomes challenging, consult the responsible department before production and use.

If the partner has established guidelines for brand representation, use their standards but confirm with the KRAFTON brand management department before proceeding.

Balanced Logo Dimensions

Here is an example of co-branding with logos: When using a partner logo, it is essential to maintain a visual balance with your own. If it is difficult to determine the balance, consult with the relevant department to design and use the logos appropriately.

More Tips

Q. How is Visual Parity of Logos Established?

  1. You can maintain visual parity among logos by following the below:

1. Establishing the Reference Area

The KRAFTON logo occupies an area of a 2*12 square grid. This area is used as the reference size for other logos.

2. Same Aspect Ratio

Partner logos are resized to match the reference area (2*12 square grid). This helps ensure that logos with a similarly wide aspect ratio as the KRAFTON logo have a comparable visual area.

3. Different Aspect Ratio

Logos with different aspect ratios are adjusted to maintain appropriate proportions within the reference area. This ensures that logos of various aspect ratios can appear visually equal.

Separators

Visual elements used to connect brands must be differentiated according to the purpose of co-branding, therefore several separator options are provided:

  1. No Separator

When multiple brands sponsor a specific event, their logos are arranged based on spacing that protects each brand's identity.

  1. Separator 'X'

Temporary Collaboration (Event-based)

Used when two brands collaborate temporarily for a project or event. This typically represents a limited-time collaboration, indicating that each brand maintains its independent identity and only works together on special occasions.
